I've always thought that young people who know exactly what they want to do when they grow up are the luckiest. To know where your passions lie and how you want to impact others and serve society - that is true inner peace.

I don't remember ever talking with any adult who is doing now what they first set out to do. That's not to say they're not happy with where they're at, but it's scary to think that regardless of what I set my mind to that I will, more likely than not, end up in a completely different field. It makes me question school, jobs...pretty much any decision I make at this point. But I guess it's kind of like a choose-your-own-adventure book, but if you play it right, the ending should be the same no matter the path.

We are expected to know what we want to do for the rest of our lives, yet we still need instructions on how to fill out our taxes.
